Return & Exchange Process

  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer care team will respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Carefully repackage the items in their original packaging, ensuring plants are protected for their return journey.
  4. Ship the Items: Send the package to our nursery address (provided in our response email) using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refund Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and viability of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Flower Kits & Grow Kits: Once opened or activated, these kits cannot be returned due to hygiene and product integrity concerns
  • Self Tanner Products: For health and safety reasons, personal care items cannot be returned once opened
  • Specialty Kits: Custom or seasonal kits that have been opened
  • Plants showing signs of improper care: Plants that have been damaged due to incorrect planting, watering, or environmental conditions after delivery

Exchange Options

If you prefer an exchange, we offer several options:

  • Exchange for a different variety from the same category (e.g., exchange Evergreens for different Evergreens)
  • Exchange for products of equal value from our extensive collection
  • Credit toward future purchases from our shop
